Dusk Till Dawn Poker Club is a cardroom in Nottingham, located on the Boulevard Retail Park on the edge of the city. The club opened in 2007 and is owned by Rob Yong.[1]

Rob Yong is an avid poker player. In 2006, Yong and his friend Nick Whiten were turned away from a poker tournament at their local casino after arriving one minute late. Yong decided to open his own casino. Professional poker player, Sam Trickett, was at the cardroom on opening night. He described it as a 'place specifically for people to play poker'.[2]
In 2007, Yong opened Dusk Till Dawn as a casino focused on low-stakes and recreational poker players.[3] The casino helped the growth of the game in Nottingham.[1]
Cardroom[edit]
The cardroom currently has 45 poker tables and offers automatic roulette and slots. In 2015, partypoker partnered with Dusk Till Dawn and later hosted 'The partypoker Grand Prix'.[4][5]
In 2017, the casino hosted the partypokerLIVE MILLIONS Dusk Till Dawn festival. The £5,300 main event generated a prize pool of £6,017,395. Maria Lampropulos won the main event earning £1,000,000.[6] The £10,300 High Roller event was won by Vojtech Ruzicka, earning him US$363,135.[7]

The partypoker LIVE MILLIONS tour is returning to where it all began. The series will kick off again on January 4 2020 at Nottingham’s Dusk Till Dawn Casino for eight full days of play culminating with the $5 million GTD Main Event.

Within the buy-in $10,300 Main Event field will be 94 players who have cashed in on one of the best poker promos ever seen in the industry. All 94 will receive a free seat in the event with $2,700 expenses on top because they have played in all five LIVE MILLIONS Main Events this year.
partypoker LIVE president John Duthie said:
“The big giveaway of 94 seats plus expenses means that simply from this promotion players are receiving over $1.2 million to play MILLIONS UK – two of the winners of last year’s main events even benefit from the loyalty scheme!”
As well as the 94 beneficiaries there will be 50 qualifiers from online satellites and another 70 from live satellites.
The online satellites will start on December 22 2019 feeding qualifiers straight into Day 1 and Day 2 on December 29 2019. All players who make Day 3 will be in the money and guaranteed to be taking home at least $20,000.
As well as the Main Event, there will also be a $1,100 Mini Main $1 million GTD, a $10,300 Finale $1 million GTD, and a $25k Super High Roller. The full schedule with details can be found here.
Players will be able to buy into any of the events using their tournament dollars - T$ - on the online client. These have replaced PP LIVE Dollars and can also be used to buy into online satellites.
