Blackjack 21 Workout
Hello All,
Today’s workout is not complicated, but it was still tough! Granted I was just off work when I did this, but I still think I made the most of the effort intervals.
Use our Blackjack Training Drills to master blackjack basic strategy and card counting: Our Basic Strategy Drill trains you at basic strategy so you never make a wrong playing decision; Our card counting Drill trains you at keeping the running count so you can know when you have the advantage over the casino. We are proud to present our second online blackjack trainer with the added ability to assist in learning the art of card counting, this is our first.This is meant as an advanced tool, for those who have mastered basic strategy and are looking to perfect their card counting skills.
The Workout
The workout is 21 minutes of body weight interval training. There are 3 rounds of 7 exercises. I set my Gymboss Interval Timer for 21 cycles of 20 seconds recovery and 40 seconds effort. The exercises and my reps are as follows:
- Burpees without push ups (20,22,19)
- Plank Climber (alternating leading arm) (21,19,17)
- Squat Tap Tap (20,21,18)
- Reptile Push Ups (19,18,15)
- Side Squats (right) (26,24,23)
- Side Squats (left) (24,24,23)
- Mountain Climbers (69,64,60)
I really enjoyed this workout and I ended up covered in sweat which always makes me feel better (because I feel I have really pushed myself).
I have been neglecting my cardio this last 2 weeks and I think it’s starting to show, to this incoming week I plan to up my game with all my training again! In addition to that I also plan to clean up my diet too. Every so often I go through a phase of treating myself too much and then I start feeling bad about it and then change things for the better – so that’s my goal for this week, or in fact this month 🙂

Warm-A-Rama
Moseyed 1/4 mile to other parking lot for the warm up:
- Neck Rolls x 10 each way
- Arm Circles x 10 each way
- Abe Vagodas x 10 ic
- Grass Pickers x 10 ic
- Plank ~ 1 minute
- Merkins x 10 ic
- Plank ~ 1 minute
- Mountain Climbers x 10 ic
The Thang – Blackjack
Starting at one end of the parking lot perform exercise A, mosey to other end and perform exercise B. At start position 20 reps, other end 1 rep, to equal 21. Decrease start and increase end by one each round.
Blackjack 21 Workout Trainer
Round 1 — reps — 20/1 down to 15/6
- Squats and Calf Raises
Round 2 — reps — 14/7 down to 7/14
- Merkins and Dirkins
Round 3 — reps — 6/15 down to 1/20
- Burpees and Imperial Walkers
Mosey to the band shell for a round of Broga
- a series of yoga stretches were performed for the last 10 minutes.
